Cancellation Policy
How to cancel projects and monthly services.
Project Cancellations
Clients may cancel a project at any time by providing written notice to hello@zentrixmediaagency.com. Cancellation terms depend on project status.
Before Work Begins
If you cancel before work has commenced, your deposit will be refunded minus a 10% administrative fee to cover processing and scheduling costs.
After Work Has Begun
If work has commenced but no concepts have been presented, you are entitled to a 25% refund of the total project fee. The non-refundable portion covers time invested in research, strategy, and preliminary design work.
After Concept Presentation
If concepts have been presented but not approved, you may request cancellation and receive a refund of any balance paid beyond the initial 50% deposit. The deposit is non-refundable.
After Approval / In Production
Once a concept is approved and work proceeds to production, no refunds are available. You are responsible for the full project fee.
Monthly Retainer Cancellations
Monthly services require 30 days written notice. You will be billed for the current month and service continues through the end of the billing period.
Our Right to Cancel
We reserve the right to cancel a project if a client is unresponsive for 30+ days, violates our terms, or behaves unprofessionally. In such cases, refunds are at our discretion based on work completed.
