Digital Services Delivery

Zentrix Media LLC provides digital creative and marketing services. All deliverables are provided electronically unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Delivery Methods

Final project files are delivered via secure cloud storage links (Google Drive, Dropbox, or similar). Clients receive access to organized folders containing all deliverables, source files, and documentation.

Project Timelines

Starter Brand Kit: 5-7 business days
Logo Design: 5-7 business days
Website Design Package: 2-3 weeks
Social Media Design Pack: 7-10 business days
Growth Marketing Package: Ongoing monthly service
Custom Projects: Timeline provided in proposal

Timelines begin upon receipt of deposit, completed creative brief, and any required assets from the client. Delays in client feedback or asset delivery may extend timelines.

Revisions & Turnaround

Revision rounds are typically completed within 2-3 business days of receiving feedback. Expedited revisions may be available for an additional fee.

Access & Ownership

Upon final payment, clients receive full ownership rights to final deliverables as specified in their agreement. We recommend downloading and storing files promptly. We retain project files for 12 months after delivery.

Communication

All project communication, delivery notifications, and file links are sent to the email address provided during project onboarding.
