Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, clients receive ownership rights to final deliverables as specified in their project agreement. We retain the right to display completed work in our portfolio and marketing materials unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Payments
Payment terms are outlined in individual project proposals. Standard terms require a 50% deposit to begin work, with the balance due upon completion. Monthly retainer services are billed in advance.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Zentrix Media LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or website.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Zentrix Media LLC and its team members from any claims arising from your use of our services or violation of these terms.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Montana, USA. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Flathead County, Montana.
